Snow Day

Last Friday, Feb. 12, we actually had SNOW in Mississippi. It was a beautiful day. We didn't have to go to work, so that was an added bonus. Eric and I went over to see our nephews, and we had a snowball fight. That was the most fun we had all day. I was so excited to see it snow, but it was also depressing to see all the families out building snowmen together. It just made me long for a child even more. Anyway, this isn't supposed to be another post about a baby.
I can't remember the last time it snowed here and actually amounted to anything. We have had a few "dustings" but nothing like this. I am so thankful God gave us such a beautiful day.

God's Protection

God is protecting Matthew. The birth mother did not give custody to the guy. We were very concerned about what would have happened to Matthew if that had happened. No decision has been made by the birthmother. We feel like we are back to where we were before, just waiting to see what happens. I am just thankful God protected Matthew from what could have happened if she had gone through with giving custody to that guy. Please keep praying that God's will be done.
